Where is the DLC?

Anyone know how to get to the Data Link Controlle (DLC) for the TSX? Any DIY or pictures out there that can help out? Thanks.

P.S. I did a search and found nothing.

I'm not really sure what you are referring to but there is an OBD2 port under the dash on the drivers side...it would be above the clutch if you have a MT.

You can hook up a scan tool of some sort and get readings straight from the ECU.

Yeah that's what I'm trying to connect. Sorry for the confusion, but I thought that's what they are called. I have a 5AT, would it be in the same location? I was wanting to find it so I can see what type of port/pin config the TSX has. Do you have a picture of it's exact location?

Standard OBDII port running the ISO protocol. 16 pin I think.

no picture needed, if you look underneath where the VSA, and Moonroof buttons are you will see it, it looks like a parallel printer port cept without the pins sticking out...

if you still need pics, let us know...

Thanks for all the help. I think I found it, it's the port on the underside of the steering wheel right?

What OBD2 device have you guys used that is compatible, I'm looking for something that will fit and has bluetooth so I can do the whole thing wireless. Any ideas?

The next question then is: what are you trying to do, or what data are you trying to capture?

I use the Brockway Engineering R920 to monitor what my car/ECU is thinking. However it is not bluetooth compliant, it plugs directly into the OBD2 port under the dash.
