Probably no where unless someone is selling one. I know inspires was selling everything on his TSX. Since he is gettin an S2k. Not sure if he still has the phase bumper or not look him up and see.

As far as I know, the phase bumper is no longer available. Your best chance of getting one new or used would be from Japan. Outside of Japan, I think only 3 people from the tsx boards have this bumper.
