What are these?

What are these? What do they do? And are they worth buying?

Absolutely nothing but add rice and drag to your car. They were even kind enough to put them on a Mugen replica bumper too.

WOW. Total Rice! $90? I'd rather set my car on fire.

No, no, these will add at least 75% more downforce allowing you to corner twice as fast!!!!

I need to start learning how to work with carbon fibre.

ok now I would not put them on my car but on another topic about that ebay sale. If all sellers documented there product that well on ebay it would be awesome. Guy even has detailed measurements of the entire produce in the last two pictures. I give the guy props for being so detailed on selling his product though.

It's funny he puts this at the end of the auction page:

-Feedback will be left after feedback is received
-All postive feedback left will receive positive feedback
-All neutral feedback left will receive neutral feedback
-All negative feedback left will receive negative feedback
Maybe things have changed in eBay land (I haven't used it for quite some time now) but that kind of thing used to be expressly prohibited in the terms of service. It totally skews the feedback system when you know you're going to take a hit for calling some one out on their shitty product.

I wouldn't toot that guys horn too hard. For all you know, his detailed specs are pulled right from his ass and no one has bothered to call him out on it because they don't want the negative feedback. It smacks of the shadiness that caused me to abandon eBay as a lost cause several years ago.
