it is a replica of the one that the bimmers have....look on the 3 series..and you'll see a little spoiler that is probably only about an inch high..and it sits on the edge of the trunk..go to ebay and type in "m3 lip spoiler" and you'll see pics, or do a search on the forum

I heard it gives at least 10 extra horsepower!
But seriously, it's what tigerfan and the pics show. I did see a raised spoiler on a PWP today though, and it didn't look too bad for such a big spoiler.

Lip spoilers are supposed to increase fuel economy on the highway. BMW made a big deal about it when they put it on their M3, Although it is mainly for looks, because i can't see that thing helping highway milage any more than .5 MPGs. So its about 90% looks, and 10% function, IMO.

personally, I love the look of the lip spoiler. For a nimble sports sedan a la TSX, it looks subtle and fashionable. I know its small and barely noticeable, but isn't that the point? I'm planning on getting one if the price is right as well. It really makes the car's rear look a lot sportier. JCG, very very nice car, I love the black exterior and the spoiler. Nothing crazy, just simple good looks .

It's subtle, and that's what I like about it.

I've been looking at these lip spoilers. I just put my TSX in to be detailed and they gave me an 05 RSX to drive. The spoiler is a lip-type, but more pronouced than the beamer one. I don't know if it'll fit or not.
If someone here works for an Acura dealer, or has access to this spoiler, I'm curious to know.
