I'm not 100% sure but I do remember seeing Ractive making some intakes like that!!

not sure, but it isn't a TSX engine anyway. Looks like a generic aftermarket(like Ractive)... Personally, I stay away from them, one of my friends bought one like that once, the larger can piece caused a dent in his hood(no mounts to keep it from shifting)...

What kind of car is that? '03 Accord? or a CR-V? or RSX?

That picture is from a Euro-R. I have an intake on order so I'm not interested in buying one I just wanted to know what it was.
