it wouldn't be too hard to fabricate an intercooler piping...

What do you mean by the fender liner will get torn up?

Also, is that the Spoon carbon fiber hood you have?

fabricating a turbo is pretty easy... its the ems right now that makes it impossible.. hondata needs to create one for the dbw systems..

I know they don't make an IC for the Eaton M62, which makes sense since it's already a low-boost app and we can't really afford to make it any more inefficient than it already is.

Still, I don't understand what would make the IC piping so hard to create??

Ahh, never mind...I went back and re-read your post. I thought you said it "would" be too hard (not "wouldn't). I think we're saying the same thing here .

Still, if we were to maybe add a high-boost pulley to the S/C apps, then perhaps it would make sense to at a custom IC...

the hood appears to be around $850 with conversion on j's racing site and then I would figure about 150 shipping to get from canada and another 100 in say import fees. so I would think you should be able to get it for like 1100 or so at the most.

Or a better option. Get the bumper, get the carbon fiber areo foil from the mugen bumper and install it on the spoon bumper. Then on the back of that drill two holes on each side of the carbon fiber. reinforce with metal washer on inside and outside and bolt the fender lining to it.

Was this a must?

I thought the phase/spoon bumper could easily be installed without any modifications?

He's got the 06+ Mugen side skirts and rear lip .

However, the Spoon/Phase bumper was originally intended to flow with the 04-05 Euro-R sides/rear.
