What do you think of these

I think I probably know the answer to this but I thought I would ask anyways. I am going to assume that they are probably pretty bad but I will get some opinions anyways.

I'd keep clear of cadmium-plated rotors. The plating is obviously only to prevent corrosion on the non-friction surfaces, however the friction surfaces are also coated which of course will wear off, creating cadmium dust. Cadmium is quite toxic, and the use of cad plating in aircraft for example is trying to be kept to a minimum now that people are aware of cadmiums toxicity.

The rotors seem kind of cheap (in price).
Cheap rotors are rarely any good especially when it comes to cross drilled.
If you are insistant on cross drilled, make sure that the holes were make during the physical casting of the rotor, instead of drilled after production.
If they are drilled after production, you are reducing the strength of the rotor and the holes could crack under heavy use.
