I saw on the Biggest Muffler thread the Tanabe exhaust. I like the 4 inch tail pipe better than Comptechs, but wondering which has better quality and sound.
Can I see more pictures of the catback? Sound Clip ?
I am on my way to decide which to buy, Comptech or Tanabe.

Tanabe is gonna be much much louder

 

Why not just get a single exhaust? It'll be a lot louder, lighter, probably better performance.

 

Opps.. okay you want quality of sound. Then I guess don't get something that'll be too loud, unless that's what you're going for. I heard people like the Fujitsubos, comptechs also seem to produce a deep sound that other board members like.

I got confused for a second, two threads up there with same title.

 

Quality of sound is kind of subjective. Tanabe is loud as hell, but it does have a pretty nice and deep tone. I never got tired of mine.
