I mean anything is possible, BUT the customization and money required to do it, makes it a complete waste of time.

Even if it's possible, it's not worth the time and money. You should just use the money for the conversion and buy the TL. How much for a TL engine, tran, ECU, wiring, brakes and drive assembly? How much for labor? Warranty issues?
