Would think so, but a simular question:

A: Can u replace the Airbag cover w/ the one from the accord, w/ out having to replace the airbag

B: if not, can u get the acura emblem off, and stick a honda one in the same spot

In theory, you should be able to order the JDM Accord steering wheel and attach it, including its airbag, to the TSX. However, I don't know if the mechanical or electrical differences might prevent this.

i wouldn't mess w/ an airbag, if that thing went off wrong you'd be in big trouble.

actually our steering wheel is identical in shape to the accord coupe. i'm not sure if that H can be removed, but if you could get it, it should fit right.
