Spark plug replacement and wires?

I'm not planning on doing it right now since I barely have 1000 miles on my TSX. But has anyone thought about replacing the sparkplugs and wires? My roommate replaced his on his Prelude and said it was a reasonable upgrade. Any thoughts?

I personally think it's a sham. I liken it to dress up. The only reason you'd need it is if you are cramming so much fuel and air into the cylinder that you need a bigger spark to ignite it properly.

No need to do that on the TSX as it doesn't use spark plug wires and it has iridium plugs.

The spark plugs are ignited directly by the ignition coils on top of the plugs.

So I guess the most you could do is upgrade your iridiums to maybe NGK, or something. I think stocks are denso or something?

The stock plugs are either Denso or NGK Iridium.
