These are true facts about brake rotors, but people who are interested in them just for looks couldn't care less about an extra 5-10 lbs. Most of us can lose that from our gut if it matters that much.

If you don't race, the retained braking heat doesn't make any difference at all. If you do race, it still doesn't matter because you need the power anyway.

I think they look like they belong on a Geo Metro. I'm not going to do anything about it, but that's how I feel.

they are insane quality! when i had them put on the mechanic called me and told me that they were one of the best engineered rotors hes saw..idk much about rotors, but here are some interesting facts about the racing brake ones. .....i believe they are cast with the holes in them, and not drilled after the fact..this is supposedly for strength.(again idk..just what i was told)
also, the fins inside the rotors are curved to dissipate more heat, they also come pre balanced from the factory, and the coolest thing yet....unlike other rotors that have the anti rust coating sprayed on them, the racingrake rotors are dipped in this coating..so precisly every SINGLE inch of them is coated..after this is done, they cut the face of the rotor. supposedly racingbrake is one of the few companies that does it this way.
i have to say, ive had mine for about 8 months now, and not one single rust mark, anywhere. im impressed, not to mention they are holding up quite well.
i highly reccomend these rotors.

Looks like you got them.....glad you like them

I agree, Racingbrake is probably the best rotor on the market. That is all I sell.

It helps if you have a brake pad that needs some heat to work well too.
