If you have a manual transmission, you can get it off with a few long 1/2" extensions, a strong socket (impact socket recommended), a helper (to put it in gear and hold the brake down hard), a 'breaker bar' (non-ratcheting ratchet for lack of a better description), and a floor jack handle (to increase leverage on the breaker bar).

I did it and yes it makes a huge BANG noise but it comes off no problem this way.

I think it's higher, but that bolt is huge and will NOT break loose with just a breaker trust me.

Size. If I remember correctly, the RSX-S pulley is smaller.

Stock TSX steel crank damper dia------ 6.125", 4.6 lbs
Stock K20Z1/PRC steel crank damper----5.40", 4.2 lbs. US$110. Actual US$160 ((2005-06 RSX-S)

This thread links to my TSX-Club.com thread that has tons of TSX pulley info.

Check e-bay. I got mine for $20. People use it 1x, then sell it agian and again.

I tried my ipact wrench and no go. I did not get to use the tool yet as I only had (1)1/2" extension, andyou need (2) to clear the fender W/Breaker bar. I got the second, then the weather went to crap. So I did the alternator Pulley and PS pulley. Now it is nicer will do the Crank.

P.S. got a UR set off e-bay seller for $265 shipped, awesome price and excellent stuff!
