rrc or rbc manifold?

hey guys, well ive been doing some reading about intake manifolds, and i can basically have myself an rbc manifold for free. well here are my questions and keep in mind, the car is an 06, auto, and has only injen intake.
one who has done these manifold swapps, is the rrc better than the rbc or vice versa? what will be best for a street car? i plan on adding a header and hondata reflash at some point. what do you guys think? ive searched around but havent really found what i was looking for. figured some first hand here would be better
thanks

I've seen threads on other forums reporting significant losses in torque from the RBC on a K24. Best case, I doubt a new intake would help much unless you added a supercharger.
