can the same throttle for RBC be bolted onto RRC ?

Yes, but there are some requirements. You still need an adapter unless you are rocking hybrid racings new throttle body and at the very least you either need a 2004-2005 Acura TSX throttlebody gasket from P2R or dremel a shallow channel to create a vacuum source for idle function. If the manifold if for a TSX then no modifications need to be made nor any specialized gaskets.
