I just took my TSX to get my DC Header put on and the Exhaust Shop told me that the TSX has 2 resonators..he told me that he could take 1 off and it would change the note of the car and add "some power" ...Im thinking of doing this besides getting another Exhaust System that costs $600+ for probably the same gains i could get for probably taking out one of the resonators for less. What do you guys think of this? He says he could take off the one closest to the front wheels of the car. Taking off one resonator will change the tone of the car..but i dont think its gonna be loud but it will give it a more deeper tone maybe?..I might try it and if its too loud i'll put it back on.. He told me not to do a HighFlow Cat right now since im still under warranty and they might void if the Cat messes up something..so no HighFlow right now.. Any Suggestions? He didnt say how much power, just "some power"

I think he's talking about the exhaust resonator.

i had both of mine taken out, i think it sounds wonderful!! its a good tone, i think it sounds like a four banger should sound and yes it cost 40 bucks

dont no how, and even if i did i dont think i have the rite things to do it with. do u got to have anything besides a video camera?

 

you can use a decent digital camera to record sound
