I recently bought a Kuda mount for my MP3 player like the following:

I want to have my MP3 player attached there but I feel it's going to be clunky dragging an audio cable from the armrest to the mount. My plan was to reroute the Aux jack from the head unit through to the back of the passenger's wheel well and into the Kuda mount. Has this been done before? Is it fairly straightforward to do this rerouting? Or does someone have a better idea of how this could be done?
