Prep for performance measurement: what do you do?

Prep for performance measurement: what do you do?

At the risk of double-posting (sorry mod; it's really slow and quiet in the Racing & Competition section), I thought I'd ask here among the performance upgrade crowd. I'm curious what if any prep people do before measuring their car on a dyno or track. Do you weigh with full tank, 1/2 tank ... do you remove the poly spare from the trunk? Feel free to answer here, or (preferably) to my post in the Racing section.
