what kinda off gains would this yield, mods in sig and reflash on the way, hopeing for more low end torque

unless you are tuning for the extra air, the gains will be minimal with what you have. Throttle response is the best upside to doing this right now. Go cams, VTC, kpro and PnP the intake side, that would get you ~25-30hp @ the wheels.

06-08 TSX intake cam is the most aggressive k-series cam from Honda, but an aftermarket set of cams would benefit you much more.

any idea on total cost with tuning? kind of on a budget so if i use 06 cams what would be difference in gains

10-15 WHP with 06 cams after exhaust and intake parts are taken care off. They cost about $350. Tuning is roughly $300. Calculate the rest yourself.

havin a blank thought which of the cams is better out of the 06 motor?

06-08 intake cam is best USDM k-series cam, exhaust cam in tsx is same all years.
