Piaa Blubs vs. Mtec blubs???

Piaa Blubs vs. Mtec blubs???
I mostly use PIAA blubs. But for my reverse blubs I wasn't able to find any PIAA blubs with the right wattage. I've heard of MTEC but I'm just wondering if anybody else has tried their products.

Long time ago I bought some MTEC reverse bulb that were suppose to be hyperwhite from ebay. They were really cheap. When I got them they had the blue coating on it but they were really blue. Blue, like illegal cop blue. I ended up not using it. Caveat emptor

I bought a set of MTEC H9 hyper yellow bulbs about 3 months ago. I installed them and one blew out in about 5 minutes. I would also stay away from MTEC.
PIAA brand, well, my experience has been better (owned 2 LED bulbs from them), but with some of the shady low-cost vendors, especially on eBay, you never know what you're going to get.
