Oil Filter Relocation
I searched but could not find much information on it. After spending 2 hours trying to get the filter off because there is not room I am thinking about putting in an oil cooler kit to not only help keep the engine a bit cooler but make an oil change a little simpler. I know there is oil filter adapter that goes on the grooved end of the filter. I don't like the placement of the filter. I had on old crx that the filter was pretty much in the same location and it was a pain in the ass to change then. I travel quiet a bit for my job and have used oil coolers in the past to help with maintaining the longevity of the oil and the motor itself.
I am trying to find out what the pressure drop is with the cooler itself in regards to the OEM oil pump. If someone has done this I would greatly appreciate your opinion. By the way the one I am looking at getting just from past experience is the M Factory unit.
Sorry for it reading so choppy. I am in a big hurry.

Pressure losses will probably not be significant. I have access to a nice CNC'ed aluminum kit for a good price, but there are a few things that I would change out on that kit.
