Oem Fog Lites Installation?

Picked up some OEM Fog lights on eBay for my 2005 TSX.
Anybody have an idea what the Labor $$ is for these to install?

Also, do you guys know any websites where the intallation directions are? I got em without an installation guide.

Thanks.

There are instructions at HondaAcuraWorld.. https://hondacuraworld.hostasaurus.c...tructions/tsx/

I ended up installing my foglights myself, as it wasn't that difficult. I'd imagine a dealer would charge around 2 hours of labor.

I was quoted around $280-300 from Acura. It's not so difficult as you think it is. I suggeest doing it yourself....Jtso did it for me but I think I could done it myself.... If I had the right tools and some time.

I wouldn't mind helping out.. just a matter of finding some time. Where are you located in the Bay Area?

I was just out there 2 weeks ago on business. Had I known, I would've meet up with you too. I did the installation in 2003, about a month after I got the car. It is pretty simple, just a few areas you have to watch for...
1. Getting the housing off around the steering wheel
2. Getting under the fuse box... only because it is filled with grease.

Also to add to Moda's sugguestions...DO NOT HOLD THE FRONT BUMPER BY THE GRILLE. That thing pissed me off cause of the way Acura designed the way it clips into the bumper. People who have taken thier front bumper off or grille will know that I mean. I broke a plastic push clip grrrr.

I noticed you bought a OEM foglight kit from ebay..i'd make sure the harness is correct or usable before I start tearing stuff off.

I live in the east bay, but work down in the san mateo area. If you want I could maybe stop by sometime after work and help you out. Did your foglights come with the factory type foglight switch (turn signal stalk) ? If not, I'd also like to reiterate what narci said in that you should make sure that the wiring harness will in fact work correctly.

Did your foglight come with a light switch attached to the steering housing or a on-off switch next to the moonroof and VSA bottons.
Mine comes with the on-off switch, Do i still follow the same connecting instruction inside the fusebox as described in the Acura Installation instruction? Or is there a different way for that kind of switch?
