New Stinger SPV35 Deep Cycle Batt??

Has anyone tried this battery??? Just curious if it would be worth while in comparison to a Optima battery. It seems to be a bit less in price, but I am not familiar with it other than knowing that Stinger deals alot with car audio equipment..

Nothing I read there nor on Stinger's own site makes me think they're better than Optima.
I doubt they're a battery manufacturer - probably an OEM customer like Honda are and asked for an off the shelf that met XYZ specs, or spec'd the battery from a manufacturer, if custom.
I'm not saying they're crap batteries - just another option for you if you're happy to go with them, but they do rest their laurels on being "audio" based rather than dual purpose.
So, they appeal to a specific core of users and I'm sure their marketing is geared as such.
Whilst 50% more expensive, the difference over the lifetime of usage pales in significance as a result, so I'll be opting for Optima - "old spiral technology" or not.
