I bought an extra intake manifold, planning to sand down the inside of the runners and then add the hondata heatshield gasket at the same time to save on labor.

However, I ran into this problem that on the first half of the manifold (closest to the front of the engine), the runners curve 90 degrees and I have no idea how I will be able to reach in and smooth it out, let alone clean it thoroughly when I am done. Taking suggestions. . .
