Im selling a flipscreen DvD player and this guy wants to trade me his turbo from a Evo9 ..Now would i be able to put that turbo in my tsx??? and how would i find out..Need input

maybe you should reanalyze this trade before you get jipped. A flipscreen dvd for a turbo kit? Thats like a 200 dollar device vs $2000 in parts....its too good to be true so you better watch out. And no, you can't put the turbo in the tsx, we dont have the engine management for it now.

The person i would be trading it to bought a bigger turbo and has the stock one left and thats what he would trade

as stated, NO, you cannot turbo the TSX because of engine management.

I remember a picture from a meet where they claimed that a turbo'd TSX had shown up. We were shocked because the TSX has no engine management. He probably was using an ECU from another car or something...

If the turbo is in good condition, you might want want to do the trade and sell the turbo for profit. Even if you sell it for half it's cost, it'd be way more than the dvd player. If the guy's so rich that he'd give away his turbo as he buys a bigger turbo, why doesn't he just buy a new dvd player?

its probably the stock turbo and nothing else. its also probably broken and hes trying to rip you off cuz you come off like u dont know ANYTHING about cars.
