Mugen Spoiler (Without Entire Kit)

So I really like the Mugen Spoiler but I don't want to add a kit to my car. How weird so you guys think it would look for me to add the spoiler to my stock '06 CGP? I have done searches but every TSX with this spoiler has some kit or another. Though this spoiler is quite drastic, I really like the ducktail effect and have actually seen 325/328's and 330/335's with pretty expressive tails and not much of a kit or rims.

This is the one that I am thinking about purchasing... Mugen

Also, does anyone in the Miami area know of any good shops that I could get it professionally installed?

Thanks...

It would look a bit skewif since it's quite big and dominates the bootlid - there'd be nothing to balance it against.
I actually don't like it at all - think it looks ugly and unbefitting of a Honda. If the OEM ducktail doesn't appeal, then what about the Spoon one?

That's a knockoff on ebay, but there are also some authentic ones on there. I'm not judging anyone who uses knockoff, but i wouldn't expect perfect shape and fitment.

hmmm... i think the car will look a little off with just the Mugen spoiler. maybe if you also buy a rear lip it'll look better?

Yea, this is why I'm having such a hard time justifying the Mugen purchase. I do like the ducktail offered on the EDM Accord, but $600+ is !

Thanks for that, dude! I actually think that it looks pretty tight w/o the kit. Of course, the kit is hawwttt. However, I don' t think that I am going to have my TSX for more than a year or so and don't wanna spend too much $$$ in mods. Mugen replica, here I come!

If you're looking for a good shop in the miami area, new life paint and body shop is pretty good. They're not exactly the quickest, but they definately do good work.
