I've been busting so many balls about that. Got hold of OPAK racing in CA. Dude is going to Japan on the 10th of May and gonna look while he's there. Hopefull he'll get me one, but I will e-mail him later and let him know more might be interested...maybe they'll start stocking those.
xizor...don't have a link to behonest, just browsing the net and saw that a lot of cars with aftermarket mods have em. Didn't know if it was beneficial.

Well when running boost you'll want to run colder plugs to cancel pre-det but you'll need to get different plugs to do that.
If you are talking about plug wires or the blaster coils, they are just oem replacements.
The ignition control modules are a little different. They can allow you to set RPM cutoff ranges that kill power to the engine in case of over-reving, mis-shifts etc.. Some also allow you to alter timing to get max power and control pre-det.
On a new car like the tsx, you won't see much of a difference at all.
From my experience in another car at 30k miles, I saw a smoother idle and acceleration with thicker plug wires. So when the time comes, that is definately on my list.
