Has anyone seen a dyno of this unit in SRI versus CAI? I finally took mine from SRI to CAI this week and will Dyno, but I think I have changed tires since my last run so may not be accurate.
In any event, I would say the sound is "different" overall - possibly more refined...quieter up to 5000 rpm or so at which point it is loud again and actually rattles the inside of the car with some resonance.
I also coated the inside of the chamber where the resonator was with one coat of "QuietCar". So far I can't really say if it has helped. May add some coats.
On the performance side, definitely seems doggier up to 4000 rpm with significant throttle lag that was not there in SRI mode - would love to see a back to back dyno.
