A LOT of vibration from RT Cat

After 2 months with the RT Cat, I got a vibrating sound when idle with the AC on.
I change al the rubber hangers (6 in total) and the anoying sound still there.
I dont known if unbolting eeverything and bolting it back will fix this.

Any suggestions will be welcome, and thanks a lot for your support.

Did you put any gaskets in?

Make sure that the cat is tightened down well on both the header and exhaust sides. Since the RT Cat has the floating flange design, you have to get it pretty tight. Also try pushing up on the cat/header while you tighten.

Maybe it's touching the Heat Shield, that's why it's vibrate?
