A List Would Help...

My girlfriend bought a TSX and now she is trading it in for a black one with the navigation and the OEM body kit etc etc. She wants to do more with it like maybe an exhaust system. CAI etc..Can anyone put together a good list of places to find these items I would really appreciate it! Thanks

did you mean to post this in the Jackson SC thread?

actually, I was considering an all-inclusive aftermarket options/sticky for this forum...would people add on what they know, participate, etc.?

Sounds like she got a plain non-navi and decided it wasn't enough. So she got "the works" instead.

Acura-TSX Group Buys & Ebay are good places to start. If you have a good Acura dealership in your area, you can usually have them price match OEM parts from the internet. That is how I got a good deal on my OEM body kit and Comptech parts.

As for trading the car in, your girlfriend must have paid an arm and leg in trading up from an 04 non-navi to 04 navi. If I were you two, I would get the car stock and buy the parts and install them yourself.

Well this is how it went down. She got everything on the white one except the navi...then she decided she wanted black and a navigation and the whole bodykit etc...after putting 7000 miles on the car she went to the dealership and said I want a black one with navigation and they said for another 6g's so she said yeah...thats how it went down...but the dealership is cool her mom bought herself an RL way back and is about to buy a MDX

Can anyone tell me If I could buy the mufflers off of ebay..Buy 2 of them and have a welding shop/muffler shop weld them in place of the stock ones on the TSX?

while a sticky would theoretically be nice, I think it would be very hard to organize. your best option, as always, is the search button which has far more info than 1 thread ever could.

AFAIK there is no TSX specific mufflers, you're better off getting an entire catback exhaust.

i would think as a cheaper alternative for the relatively low hp numbers the full catback gets you, the mufflers would satisfy the other two reasons for exhaust, sound and appearance... easy way to save big bucks
