We are still working on it. We have one prototype that is actually awaiting changes to see if we can tweak it to work a little better. Hopefully this week I'll get on it and make some progress!

Latest group buy for the window up module:
Mod Edit: Link removed. You need to be an official vendor before you can sell here.

It wouldn't be hard to convert the sunroof to one touch. What kind of interest is there for a 'one touch sunroof converter module?' The one touch could work with open, close, and/or tilt depending on how its wired.

I am interested on 1 touch sunroof and all other windows.

Question - if you got both the auto window-up module, as well as the auto doorlock module (maybe with the speed sensing module for it), is there enough room in the door to mount all 3?

The window module mounts in the door, the auto lock mounts under the dash. I just recently did an auto lock module with a speed switch in an Accord Sedan, I should have some pics of it up on our forum sometime this week. All of our modules are roughly 2"x2"x1", so they fit in really tight spots.

I'd say there's plenty of interest around here for the one-touch sunroof. Also, if you need another TSX in the area to test on let me know.

+1 for the one-touch sunroof. I would love it if locking the car with the fob also closed the sunroof.

Help!!... I installed the module, tested it and it worked fine, lock once, then lock again hear the beep and windows close... now (30 mins later) for no apparent reason i press lock and the doors do lock but my lights do not flash, and when i press lock again, i hear no beep and still no lights and the windows do not close.

What did i do/what happened?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

This may be the issue though i am not sure since i cannot check at the moment. But i think i may have forgotten to tape up the green wire after soldering. Is it possible this is shorting with something and causing this? I will check it out tommarow.

The behavior you describe is similar to what happens if a door is ajar. Check your trunk and all door seals?

Checked doors, all closed and trunk. I got it to work though i don't know how... I think i might have been spamming the remote too much.

I went out tried to lock it, i heard it lock but when pushed again no beep nor lights. I then unlocked it then locked it again and it worked....but the issue isnt gone. Im not sure if i am spamming it too much and its getting jammed or something. I used to spam lock before and would hear the constant beeping.

Thats an interesting one. If the problem is with the green wire then you should not be able to raise the windows via the key in the drivers door key cylinder. Lower the windows (from remote if possible) and then try to raise them up by using the key in the drivers door. If they won't go up its definately something with the green wire.

Keep us updated.

Yeah that was the first thing i tried when it wasen't working, It wont go up even when i put the key inside.

Currently it is not working, however i have gotten it to work a couple of times by unlocking and then quickly locking it would then return to normal.

Does this mean the green wire is actually being shorted? Is it causing the module to remain in some latched state?

The green wire is the output of our module, so grounding it shouldn't effect it too much. If it is grounded, you are actually sending false signals to the cars system telling it that the its input is grounded when its really not.

You're gonna have to remove your door panneling and re-check all your connections man. Take pictures for the board this time in case problems continue. Make sure your connections are tight (did you use t-taps? try solder) and well wrapped in shrink tubing preferably or electric tape.

I soldered and taped them, though i think i forgot to do so with the green one. I was thinking of using heat shrink tubing but since the connections i made are of a tri-point (connection is like a T) i figured heat shrink would be difficult...

The thing is it was working, after i made the connections i did the test and it worked. and demonstrated to my friend a couple more times after that.. but after closing everything up it seemed to fluctuate...

Sounds like the green wire may be bumping up against the door frame or perhaps the solder joint is not good (cold solder). You may want to re-solder it.

Upon taking my door apart and checking the connections it seems i did indeed tape the green wire. Nonetheless i retaped it and verified all of the other connections and tested it again.. it worked consistantly.. so I have no idea why it did not work before, perhaps the green connection was a bit iffy though I am almost 100% sure my connection is good. The only thing i can think of is that the module was a bit loose in the compartment though this doesnt explain how i was able to get it to work occasionally before.

In end i don't really care anymore on why it didnt work, as long as it works now and it keeps working Thank you Kpeirson for your help and an ingenius product and also thanks to everyone else for your help.

Tommarow i tackle installing my Icebox

If you followed the directions, then it should work. Sounds like you have something incorrectly connected. You should only have 1 door panel off. Why do you mention "panels".

It's been a while since my install, but I had the same problem. Windows down, okay, but will not go up. If I remember correctly, I had the yellow wire from the box wired to the wrong yellow car wire. There a couple of yellow wires in the hardness, I'd try the other one. Good luck.

It sounds like you are referring to the relay that was included. If you participated in the Honda Ridgeline purchase (which you did) you got the relay in the deal. If you don't have a Ridgeline you do NOT need the relay. It was only included to operate the back window. Also, you can ignore the purple wire on the module, it won't hook up to anything.

What year/model do you have?

Have you used a volt meter to verify the wires you hooked up to?

I haven't heard any issues with getting the modules to work in TSXs. Double check your wiring, as there are several wire colors that there are more then one of.

You need the volt meter to double check the connections. Where are you located, perhaps someone in your area can help.

I also have a 2006 tsx and just did my install about a month ago. Make sure you connect to the solid colored wires. Not the wires with the sliver/ gray dashes on them or any kind of stripe. Also when pressing the lock button press it once then pause for about a second and then press it again. After a short delay the windows will roll up.

I installed my 791xv Viper Remote start and alarm and tapped the factory arm and dissarm wires with the channel 5 and 6 outputs so when I lock and push channel 5 the windows go up and same for down when unlocking. No extra pieces neccessary. The factory dissarm wire for the car needs a negative pulse twice on it in order to activate the roll down feature. The same goes for the roll up feature that is not included on the key fob. the first negative pulse on the wire is to rearm the factory alarm from the fatory arm wire on the after market alarm. The second pull which is held intill the windows roll up is from a negative output channel on the after market alarm. It is cake and no need to purchase extra parts. I have had this done for a year plus. Nice
