Keyless entry remote

I have an '06 TSX W/ Navi and was curious if anyone knew if I can buy a keyless entry remote from an '04 or '05 TSX as I recently lost one of them, and to replace one of them through the dealership it costs $80. Ebay has numerous ones for sale that look identical for about $20 including shipping, but most of them are for '05 models. I know that I would then have to take it to the dealer to get it coded right but it would save me $60.

Any ideas?

Yes you can buy one of those, and no you don't need to take it to the dealer to get coded, you can program it yourself! It's easy. The instructions are in modaway's key fob mod thread... I'll find it in a sec and link you

BUT... the 04/05 fobs won't allow the Driver1 / Driver2 recognition. You need an 06 fob to get this.

Seeing as you've got a working key without a matching fob, this is a good time to consider the USDM accord key mod (aka: Moda_way's key mod linked to above) for a very functional key/remote combo!
