Intake

Does anyone know if there is more than one version of the Injen Intake?

I heard that for some cars Injen makes an RD or Racing Division Version AND also a standard cold air version.

Does the TSX have more than one Injen intake available?

So answer, no.

The version you get is a two-piece and can be installed in either CAI or SRI mode.

I just checked the Injen site and it says that there are 2 different available intake for the TSX...
The IS1430 and RD1430(the one I have)...

I saw that at the Injen site too and I did some more research.

It looks like their IS series is the non cold air intakes. Since the RD can be used in either CAI mode or SRI mode, i'm guessing they are pretty much the same thing.

What does everyone else think?

Good question. I always thought that there was only one that could be installed either in CAI or SRI.

Any experts or Injen owners want to chime in and let us know which ones you have?

Injen RD CAI was the only one out when I bought an intake. IMO from my personal experiences with my old subaru and my friends cars, cold air is the only way to go.
