Injen CAI Parts
I recently bought a used Injen CAI from tsex on 19s and just recieved it today, just a few question as to what parts come with a new intake. This is what I recieved...
L-Shaped Rubber Elbow w/ 2 clamps
Upper Intake Tube (SRI)
Tube connector w/ 2 clamps (SRI & CAI connection)
Lower Intake Tube (CAI)
Filter w/ 1 clamp
10" of vacuum tubing which is cut at one end (I think it comes in 11")
and thats it...no screws or anything
From searches I found that there should be a connector for adjusting the EVAP vent tube and a rubber connector to hook the EVAP vent to the intake, also I think there should be w vibration mounts with screws included as well. Please tell me if I am a dumb n00b and don't know what im talking about or if I was jipped and didn't get everything I should have. Thank you.

It depends on the date the unit was manufactured. They changed the design slightly (the EVAP piece) so you may have a straight flexi-tube thingy (that's some real shop-talk there) or a little box-type evap thingy with a short rubber-encased metal tube with 2 clamps. I'll post the parts list for the "extra evap box-thing" version in a sec.

Interesting...I just noticed the picture on the instructions from mine is of the old model without the extra evap piece, but mine does have that piece. Sorry if the part list above is skewed because of that. Should give you an idea though.

I think it's just a different way of controlling emissions. It doesn't change the performance and it'll still pass emissions. I think they changed it mainly for CA emissions control.
Make sure you got the license plate frame, too. That's what makes the car go really fast!

And the Injen Stickers gives you 10 more hp. j/k But I think you are missing the 2 vibra mounts to attach the intake. You can buy them from injen directly or maybe a hardware store has something similiar.

I think he was the first person in a 9 sec. Acura a few years ago. Now he's all Toyota. He just picked up his latest personal project car - an 800hp GS400.
