I finally found them...rear bracing!!!
...now the next step is to figure out how to get them.
I was searching for rear strut tower bars for our car and came across this Japanese site called TEAM KUNIMITSU. I guess they're a pretty reputable company since they make parts for the JGTC NSX.
I was looking through their site and I couldn't believe what I saw among other notable products. A 4-point trunk brace and a rear bumper brace (which I think replaces the stock one). These should help reduce any chassis flex in the rear and be a close alternative to the impossible to find rear strut tower bar.
Well enough reading...time for some links:

Well, it retails for ¥48000 ($410) on their pdf - so shipping and import duties making $625 could be fine. Could also be ripping the arse out of it.
The thing only weighs 3kg, so it can't be THAT much to ship on a 5-10 days timeframe.

30% trade margin would seem appropriate - so that's $330 before the extras.
I can't imagine shipping would be any more than $60.
Just checked - sending to Japan would be $43, so if we assumed Japanese Post being similar cost, then $500 should be close to the mark.

Hey colt, sorry I was busy lately man, I couldn't answer your last message.
I can help you get those braces if you want. I already asked a shop that I am very close with. But there are other otpions as well, such as ALEX lower arm brace and X brace. Many options out there in Japan really

Under the carpet and out of sight, then yes, or perhaps a nice flat section of Kevlar/CF (Kev to match the Ivory interior - CF to contrast it)
Or just paint the damn thing to match the carpet as best it can.

Showcar or not, not everything has to be high profile/bling/in your face. Subtleties count as well.
But hey, each to their own and all that.

I had a rear floor bar like that on my RSX, sold by Do-Luck but built by Carbing (I believe).
It actually stiffened up the car nicely....before install, the doors would bind a bit when the car was jacked up. After install, they didn't. That said, it was chromed, and I hated how it looked. Pretty ricey, I thought at the time, like an APC or Aerospeed mod. Anyway, I covered mine in black roll bar padding to make it less visible. With the roll bar padding, it blended into the carpet pretty well. If I did it over again, I might have had it powdercoated black instead, who knows.
The TSX is signifacntly stiffer than the RSX, so I'm not sure how much difference it would make in the TSX. The RSX also lacked the rear "hump," which I believe made that area of the car considerably weaker than the TSX. If you really don't care about your rear seat, a 4-pt roll bar might be a nicer, more "serious" looking mod.

Yeah, a cusco roll bar would be cool.
One other thing I'm wondering about the floor bar for the Euro-R vs. the TSX...on the RSX, either end of the floor bar tied into the lower/outer seatbelt mount for each front seat. On my TSX (a 2006), the front passenger seat seatbelt mounts to the seat, not the frame of the car. I don't know whether or not there is a mounting hole behind the carpet or not.
Also, in order to do a clean/professional looking install with the floor bar, you really should cut your carpet so that the endplates are hidden. Looks really lame with the endplates pressing again the carpet. Cutting holes in the carpet oviously isn't hard, but some people might not want to really do that.
