i should be getting my tax check fairly soon and i was thinking about getting unorthodox pulleys and a reflash. my question is if i get the reflash does it help to have the pulleys or is it better for intake header exhaust? how do i go about getting the reflash? are there any places i can go around schuamburg, chicago area IL?

if you've got an auto, the pulleys will def come in handy. however, to maximize results from the flash, get i/h/e as well

 

i searched the hondata website and couldnt find anywhere in IL that does the reflash, is my only option sending the ecu out?
