Hondata Help!!!

I have decided to get HONDATA on a whim...why? because my sister has left for cali and her car is here for 1 week so I can drive that around. I need a good hondata dealer and a phone number ASAP. I am at work so any help would be greatly appreciated. For those of you with hondata how long before you were driving your car around again? Also, if I were to add an exhaust to my car, would Hondata need to be reflashed??? Thanks for the help!

Talk to Kevin at Epic Motoring Wimington, CA (310) 787-1562

or check out clubrsx.com

For me, it was three days including the day I shipped it out. So sent it Tuesday , back driving around Thursday.

Won't need to reflash if you change your exhaust.

One more question on the side, I found the thread for removing the ECU and immobilizer but does anyone have any useful tips to make the removal of the ECU and immobilizer easier???

That thread pretty much has it covered. It was so well done that Hondata lifted most of it for the instructions on their site.

There is actually one thing that I found to make the process easier is for the re-installation of panels. When putting on the bottom steering column cover (the one that the adj. lever goes through), it was easier to remove the panel directly under it and then slip in the column cover. That cover removes easily by snap-clips on the left, and a single screw on the right.
