Hondata Heatshield Gasket Now Available

I noticed this on www.hondata.com

What exactly does this do and how is it different from an ECU? When does the ECU come out?

hehe one is a gasket...the other is a electrical box that controls the fuctions of your engine =) lamens terms for ya haha
