Why would you bother? With the exchange rate the way it is, you might as well just go through one of the US vendors. All they do is send you a box with a label on it for you to put your ECU in and ship it to California. It doesn't matter if the box came from a Canadian vendor or a US vendor, they all end up in the same place.

With today's exchange its about $680 CAD. If they can come anywhere close to that I'd maybe be interested. I doubt their prepared to drop their price by some $300.

Acura Woodbine may try to become a Hondata authorized reseller. I hope they do.

And by going through U.S. Vendors, theres not brokerage, duties to pay, jus that 680ish CAD.?

Can you guys name some reputable U.S vendors for us to contact? Or maybe even the best place to go to then?

How about the install of the ECU back onto the car, is it a simple plug in and plug out?
