I'm planning to get HID kit for my fog (H11 bulb)

i hear that it is simple plug&play for our 06 fogs.

when i was changing my fog to xenonmatch halogens, there was a metal cylinder that covers the bulb so that it doesn't shoot ahead (annoying the hell out of driver in front).

when we put HID bulb on, does that fit right into that metal cylinder?

i wanna go 2 extremes( get either 3000K bulb or 10,000K bulb)

if anyone did this mod already, what's the best HID kit? and the best HID H11 bulbs?
