help on getting brighter highbeams or h1 bulbs
Okay so i just spent the last hour reading all the forums about h1 h11 and ds22 bulbs.
I'm not going to upgrade the hids, but I do want to know if there are brighter highbeam bulbs.
I'm not so sure where i should be looking at becasue people are saying silvania silver stars suck some say its good.
Phllips blue vision i head good and bad.
Hoens are pricey?
Can you guys help me out
rough idea on price
and where to get them
pictures will help too.
I'm just seeing if there are brighter high beam bulbs becasue my high beams seem a bit weak. Then again when i drive at night up to buffalo theres nothing out on the road so maybe i'm just thinking their weak.

The downside of the osram/sylvania silverstars +50% and Narva +50% is that they burn hotter than stock eventhough they are rated for 55W. They do so by using a thinner filament and a different mixture of gas. If you run them with a lower current, then they don't burn as hot and the bulb's lifespan increases.

Yes on both counts.
I replaced the High Beams on my 06 tsx with the phillips bluevision. These are not avalible here in the states; i bought them off ebay and had to wait a couple of weeks while they came from the UK. I also used Hoen Xenomatch for the fogs as I couldn't find them in Phillips blue vision. Here are some pics:
HID low beams with Hoen Xenomatch Fog Lights
HID low beams with Phillips Bluevision High Beams
I also replaced the low beams, high beams and fog lights on an MX-5 with Hoen Xeonmatch & Xenomatch Plus lights. In my opinon, they look good. The color is very nice and white, unlike the standard halogen. I don't have any pics yet for this bulb swap, but will try to get them up soon.
