Just found this out today while having my headlight recall done (on my JDM headlights) LOL. They also sell DC parts as well!

Pretty cool... I bet that they charge an arm and a leg for installation and the parts are overpriced as well, but at least you could have them installed by an authorized dealer. Wonder how that affects warranty if they are an authorized dealer

Yea its Herb connolly. They have pretty decent service in my opinion. I've taken my car there several times for different things (wiper blade replacement, shifter molding replacement, white license plate light bulb install.) and they've never charged me a single penny. Last friday they even programmed my 07 TL switchblade key for free. Great to hear they are going to be dealing other companies besides comptech now that they're out of business.

shit man you have it happening too! well the clips are just little metal brackets that snap on over where the seams are on the headlight housing. they put two on each headlight. i assume that the purpose is to keep more pressure on the seams and prevent leaking. there was also something in the service report about adjusting the hood.

i have noticed that i mainly get fogging after i go through car washes. i have a feeling that the high pressure wash is getting some moisture through the seems of the headlights. i am hoping that these clips will remedy that. haven't had a chance to test them out though...

mine have only fogged up right after big rain storms when it gets extremely humid out. I will have to call up my dealer and see if they will put those metal slips on my lights.
