If you search here you should be able to find some clips and videos of Comptech, GReddy, and Fujitsubo exhausts.

I compared them when I was shopping around and finally settled on the Fujitsubo catback. If you want quiet, so as to fit with the luxury car motif, Fuji is your best bet as it is the quietest catback on the market. I just installed mine and it sounds great, and the craftsmanship is immaculate as well.

If you go by their dynos, the Injen gives something like 11hp at peak and the K&N yields 5. Hard to use these as reliable metrics for comparison though because there are about a billion and one variables that go into affecting the net horsepower gain, like humidity, air temp, altitude, etc. Generally I see many more people around here with the Injen, because it has a slightly larger duct ID if I remember right.

Edit: K&N claims 4.3 hp at 5300 rpm, Injen claims 11 around the same point.

As for myself I used the Comptech Icebox because I found it brand new from a guy for $50. It also has a deeper, throatier sound than the mandrel bent intakes do, but with a reduced horsepower gain.

Both are about the same. Get whatever is cheaper.

The comptech is also about half as loud as the Injen or K&N which some people will like.

Which dyno is this? If I remember correctly the K&N was aroun 9hp. They say a 5hp increase at an rpm, but that's not max power

Their dyno here shows ~8hp which is about right. Its more or less even w/ the Injen.

My bad. I was confused between the HP @ RPM and peak power increase.
