It's possible. I e-mailed Honda of UK and got the specs including paint codes, what it would cost and contact info. I am going to do it myself, it looks great.

In regards to my reply...the part I linked to is a real part as I was informed by a Honda UK rep. If anyone wants more info on that original Honda UK part let me know.

how much did you get the spoiler for from the Honda UK rep?
do you know if it just sticks on with tape like all the other lip spoilers?

As I just said in a PM to jimtsx:
The photo he posted pretty much confirms my suspicion that the OEM "ducktail lip spoiler" available for the Accord in the UK is the lip spoiler we all saw on the original TSX A-Spec concept. That's the spoiler a lot of us have been waiting and hoping for -- essentially the same size and shape, but not length, as the one available for the current TL. Because a photo of the spoiler isn't available on the Honda UK web site, I've been planning to call or e-mail a Honda dealership in London to ask if they could send me a photo of the lip and provide info about how someone living in the U.S. could make a lip purchase. Well, it looks like I don't need to. I'm eagerly waiting to find out whether the LONG wait is nearly over for all of us who've put off buying a lip because what we've really wanted is the one we saw in those A-Spec concept photos. Seems that it just might be!

Is there any chance that you could get this part by going through a Honda US dealer?

Hello.

I contacted Honda of UK a couple of times and was told that I would be able to get my desired parts through Chiswick Honda. The contact I had was Will Lewis, e-commerce manager and here is a copy of what he e-mailed me regarding euro parts and the lip spoiler.

And I quote...

Thank you for your reply.

Please visit the link I have inserted below;

http://www.honda-access.com/uk/en/products/index.jsp

Simply insert the model and equivelent UK Honda Accord in the drop boxes displayed. This will then list all the available accessories for each model. Then email the accessory part numbers you are interested in and I will be able to check price and availability. I have also taken the libery of attaching the current UK Honda Accord brochure so you can see which UK model is the closest match for your vehicle.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards Will

it kinda like the spoon spoiler but many people dont want to pay that much for a lip spoiler. for those people this could be a great alternative.

I have a ducktail spoiler for my accord, similar to the one on UK.

The honda UK show their ducktail spoiler cost at 250 pounds at their built and acessories session. Hopefully that wont be the final price for u guys in the US, the seems a bit to costly.
If anyone know a free pic hosting site, let me know, so that i canl post the pics as soon as possible.
I havent installed it yet , it is primed and needs to be painted.

Please note that the trailer hitch cannot be fitted to models with lower skirts.

£280.85 – 08L92-***-600 - Detachable Trailer Hitch

That's for shipping for everything listed including the trailer hitch - which i'm sure weights a fair amount.

heh, everything in the UK costs about the same as it does here 'cept it's in pound sterling hence more than 2x as much!

I may end up getting the hitch though but if it doesn't fit then that's one expensive experiment!!!

Edit: i asked for the installation pdf so I can see if it'll fit and if I get it and it fits then we're good to go! I'm ordering the hitch. the spoiler can wait.
