Emblem adhesive or 2-sided tape?

Anybody think that this stuff might work better than 3M 2-sided tape for re-affixing emblems to a car? I'm thinking of debadging my TSX but want to understand my options for re-attaching the emblems if I don't like the look.

Anybody re-attach their emblems with good/bad results?

Never heard of it. I'd be worried about removing that liquid adhesive should you choose to, and what it does to paint.

the oem emblems aren't flat on the back, you really need to use a tape of some sort

Didn't think of that, good point. When the time comes (if the time comes), I'll report back on whether the tape worked well.

When you remove the "TSX" emblem from the trunk lid, although the emblem itself is hollow, the tape adhesive that Acura uses is still in there and leaves a perfect surface for emblem adhesive. Just a thin film of it worked perfectly and didn't require cutting or forming two-sided tape to the "TSX" emblem.

Thumbs-up on this.
