dun buy from hoen! what a loser!
I just purchased hoen bulb on line but I am really so pissed off! Before I check out, the shopping were showing $8.95 as shipping charge. But then after I check-out, the invoice was showing $19.95 as shipping charge! WTF! I email them and they reply to me that the policy show that the shipping charge before check out is estimate and they will charge for the actual shipping charge! What the hell is $19.95 shipping charge for UPS ground on a 1/2 pound bulb? If it only cost me $50 to ship the 70lb a-spec kit and $100 to ship a set of 18" rim, how can they say $19.95 is the actual shipping charge! :angry:

They just cancel my order without try to give me a fair shipping charge. :sqntfawk: Now, I need to source another xenon match bulb for my fog. What other suggestion?
