Drilled rotors - Increase brake pad wear?

Will having drilled rotors increase brake pad wear?

I looking at getting some Stoptech or Rotora rotors. They are the same as OEM size. Will changing the rotors improve braking performance? If so, in what ways?

Thanks!

Would powerslot rotors be better then Stoptech Drilled rotors?

Anyone, know how much a set of 4 rotors (front and back) usually runs for each brand?

If you want "bling" get slotted rotors only and avoid potential cracking of x-drilled. No way would I order rear slotted or drilled rotors, as they barely have that much mass to begin with.

Drilled or slotted rotors should increase pad wear, with slotted probably wearing more. However, since x-drilled are mainly useless for performance benefits, I guess the real choice comes down to blanks or slotted fronts.

I have to warn you!!~ DO NOT GET SOME NON BRAND CRAP!!~ I seen people's rotor crack and breaks. They are need to be done by prof. These people think, they can just make their own, drilling holes and slottering it. It's wrong!!~

FYI, we've had this conversation before and cross-drilled rotors REDUCED braking surface area, so stock size cross-drilled will not improve braking, only improve cool and probably marginally. If you just want the look, go for it.
