Deck Lid Spoiler Installation

I'm getting a deck lid spoiler soon and it says all you need to hold it on is the 3M adhesive that comes with it. Does anyone know if this will hold it for sure? I looked at the installation for the TL's deck lid spoler and they use a few screws with the adhesive. Just wondering if anyone else had experience installing these for the TSX's.....

yes the tape will hold it, the 3m tape is incredibly strong.

I once got one in the mail on Ebay thinking it was going to be fiberglass, but it was plastic WATCH OUT, I was very dissapointed and upset it looked like fiberglass in the pictures, but never mentoined the material.

you could just ask anyone on the forum, they would've told you. Why would you want a fiberglass one? you need to bend the spioler to fit the trunk... plastic is perfect for that. I was very happy w/ my plastic one, its gets painted anyways.
