Dealer warranty with Injen CAI?

Dealer warranty with Injen CAI?
Has anyone had problems getting warranty with the Injen CAI or a reflash...2 questions i have...
1. If the dealer installs the CAI, which they say they would...How would the warranty work if the CAI is out of warranty and something goes wrong?
2. With the Hondata reflash, is that a piggybacked system or is it a total reflash...would that be overwritten by any attempt for the dealer to reflash it to correct a problem?Warranty issues with that as well, anyone had trouble with either?

If you are worried about the Hondata and warranty, look for a stock TSX E.C.U. for your car and switch it out for the reflashed Hondata one when going into the dealer. That is if you can ever find a spare E.C.U....
