U can check it out on www.autocarparts.com for Comptech sway bar for $108 dollar with $25 dollar for shipping. For Neuspeed front strut tie at $149.95 and tell them that you want red neuspeed logo, go to www.neuspeed.com and they offer free shipping. The front strut tie come with yellow neuspeed logo on it and htey gave you a free red neuspeed logo. I already replaced it myself. That's where I got front strut tie there and plan to order Comptech rear sway bar this week or next week.

Here's info on the rear sway:
Street Image in CA 626.962.1503 (Jimmy is the guy that took care of me) for $115 shipped.

I got this from another thread. There are a few Comptech Rear Sway bar threads going on right now. Take alook at those.

I'm not sure how much of a difference the Neuspeed Front Upper Strut tie bar will make. The Tsx does already have a factory one.

There was a seller on ebay for the Nuespeed front strut, I bought mine for $100 w/ shipping. Excellent deal, I saw them up till last month, dunno where he is now.

Sorry, forgot to ask this on my first post. I am aware there are two kinds of Injen Intakes: the RD and the IS. Which one is more popular and gives better results? Where can I get a good deal for this?

Thanks for referring me to Street Image, Inc. I will definitely buy the Comptech rear sway from them. Any ideas on a better price for the Neuspeed front tie?

U got a good deal from Ebay, I wonder if you got black or polished, if you got polished then it is very good deal. I got polished thru Neuspeed.

I think RD = cold air intake while IS = short ram.

Don't really know there would be a big difference, they both add on to the stock unit, meaning two bars.

I like adding on more than removing than installing. I was so happy when I installed my friend's trut bar onto his S.

Probably nothing. Spoon looks nice though! I'd say pretty much any aftermarket chasis suspension is as good as the other. Egine dress up is where the rest of it will take over. Comptech > Spoon > Neuspeed as far as looks go.

cant find the aution now .. but maybe later i will go check
but how do u feel with the handling after the 2 bars
i kno the rear sway alone makes a great improvement ~ with the neuspeed .. isn't it make the car understeering more? ~

strut bars don't affect the suspension (IE the parts that move). they make the chasis more rigid, which in turn makes it more responsive. sway bars affect the pressure loaded on each wheel so a front sway would increase understeer, while a front strut would not.

I liked the front strut, it tightens up the steering and makes it feel really nice. For a good price I think its worth it, but the CompTech is a little too much IMO for what it does.

Im no pro or anything and i dont race but the car as a whole feels "tighter" i have lowering springs that will be installed in the spring, so those plus rims and everything and it should handle quite nice.

I found the Ebay dealer by looking in my Paypal history back in March! He said he'd sell the black Neuspeed front strut for $89.99 plus shipping and can do a group buy as well. He's a reseller for Neuspeed, Koni and Ingalls, which all have parts for the TSX, but I don't know what to do about the boards policy on GBs

I don't think there will be much of a problem with setting up a GB, provided the authorized vendors/sponsors that participate on this forum have an ample opportunity to make the first pitch for the product (it's only fair, being that they support this site financially). I think that Speed Image gets just about anything on the market for our posters. Put a PM in their direction in addition to domn's to see what our options may be.

I'd be interested in participating if we could set up a GB for front upper strut bars from either Spoon, Comptech, or Neuspeed (in that order by preference).

Do you think you could get the ball rolling?

i sent a pm to soopa, AFAIK no group buys can be organized at all unless its from a board sponsor

I'd be in for a Spoon front strut group buy. I know AJR has them, but again, unless the vendors can come through on it we members are SOL. for the good old days

Get a hold of Street Image and see what they can do. Like I mentioned before, the powers that be will always recommend that the sponsors get the dibs on GBs.

We can do a group buy, just can't be advertised on the forum. Street Image has some good stuff every now and then but you can always find something cheaper on eBay, the problem is availibility. Your best bet is.

Look up a vendor that sells Neuspeed parts on eBay, ask him how much he'll sell if payment is made out of eBay (avoiding him charges which = discount for you) then contact members who are interested and get a buy going. If they advertise directly on the board that'll cost them money which I'm sure won't give us a great deal. I'm all for sponsorship of the forum but I'd much rather save some money.

I don't particularly like the blue color of the Spoon one, but I'm probably going to get one as its one of the few JDM alternatives.

Blue color?????
What you may have seen was the protective wrap on the bar to prevent scratches to the metal. Nothing blue about it. Lemme go snap a few pics for you guys.

On this last pic, you can see how it squeezes up against the A/C lines. That is the only bad thing about this bar. I don't have any problems, but it made it a bit tricky with the installation.
